We fulfill orders within 1-3 days then shipping times/costs will depend based on

We do not offer returns on products UNLESS they are damaged or defective within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a reorder or refund, you must send picture/video proof of the damage. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
